Event Details
We celebrate Juneteenth as the ending of slavery in the United States. The date marks a huge stride towards racial equality in our country's history. Celebrate with us by learning about the history of Juneteenth and cultural traditions born from those who Juneteenth affect the most.
We will have a display with recipes and history, and a place for you to bring your own recipes, memories, and thoughts to share with the community. All recipes and memories will be collected into a digital booklet to share.
Sign up for our monthly eNewsletter here to make sure you get a copy of the booklet once it's finished. Questions? Call 214-670-7128
