Event Details

Know Your City is an ongoing series all about how the City of Dallas works. This is designed to provide information about city departments and offer residents the opportunity to ask questions of the people who provide essential services.

Park & Recreation has a vital and high profile role across Dallas. Discover how they maintain our City's parks, recreation programs, and various facilities. From our Skate Park and disc golf courses to the aquatic facilities, Samuell Farms and the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Garden, Parks and Recreation helps make Dallas iconic. Learn how even our massive bodies of water, like Bachman Lake and White Rock Lake, are managed by Park & Recreation.
