Event Details

There are many origin stories behind Krampus, from the son of Hell in Norse mythology to demonic creatures in Greek mythology, pagan rituals, the goddess Perchta, or Satan himself. Though the true origin of Krampus may remain unknown, his legend and stories are still told and celebrated in Austria and Bavaria Germany. 

Celebrate an early Krampusnacht with an afternoon of storytelling from Krampus Folklore and learn a little about who Krampus is and some of the history behind this creature. 

 

This program will be held online only and recorded for those who may be unable to attend at that time. The information to access this program will be sent via email about 30min prior to the program start time.
