Welcome to our Lunch and Learn series where we will invite local experts to discuss topics of interest from history to philosophy to science and more. Please join us for a conversation about "The Clothes and Costumes that Sculpt History." In this conversation, Dr. Camille Davis, Cultural and Political Historian, will use the annual MET Gala as a conduit for addressing some of the ways that clothing shapes politics, diplomacy, and history. This talk is for anyone who wants to know how politicians, leaders, and celebrities have historically used their style choices to send messages about their perspectives on the issues of their day. Bring your Lunch and Learn with us!
