It's our annual Mayor's Summer Reading Kickoff Party at the Lochwood Branch Library.  Join us at 2:00 pm for games, crafts, tattoos, and more fun.  Plus, sign up for the challenge.  All ages, birth to 100+ years old, can register for the challenge and win prizes!  Come and have some fun! This event is sponsored by the Lochwood Branch Library Friends.
