Start your summer with a boost of self-care and mindfulness! Poet, writer, and speaker Alejandra Ramos Gómez is having an all-ages workshop on mental health and creative expression. 

During the session, participants will explore mindful movement exercises, writing prompts, and self-expression activities. Participants will learn research-based mindful movement and breathing strategies to incorporate in their personal and professional settings.
