Event Details
As part of our mental health awareness programs, we bring a mindfulness activity for the whole family to enjoy for overall better mental health. This week we are decorating journals for participants to take home a tool fostering positive mental health. We will also have resources available to empower their use of the journal to maximize its beneficial properties.
This program was made possible by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.
