As part of our mental health awareness programs, we bring a mindfulness activity for the whole family to enjoy for overall better mental health. This week we are making visual sensory bottles while also practicing being present through touch sensory exercises. These bottles will help promote calm during stressful times and be a beautiful addition to any space.
