Join Kamica King, musician and board-certified music therapist, for live musical relaxation. Learn different relaxation techniques along with the ways music can help you de-stress. 

Music-based mindfulness classes for stress management and self-care allow participants to engage in music-assisted self-care practices, including mindfulness, deep breathing techniques, and gentle movement/stretches, also learning about the qualities of music that aid in that process.
