Every year as Dallasites line the side of Main St., turning parking spots into “parks”, Dallas Public Library joins in with their mini library! Don’t miss out on all the whimsy the library has to offer at PARK(ing) Day! Explore your creative side and write a poem using our giant magnet poetry! Got a dog? We’ve got a doggy hydration station and dog books! Don’t forget to snap a selfie with our groovy van after listening to some musical librarians have a jam session. Stop in for crafts and science experiments. And don’t forget the best part of all, free books! We have tons and tons of books with no due date looking for a new home! You can also get information on upcoming library events and even get a library card!
