Parkland Health Class-Healthy Coping

Representatives from Parkland Hospital will host a series of four classes on health related topics.

This will be the fourth and final class presented. Adjusting to a healthy diet and exercise and getting your household on board.  Change can be hard, but little steps will make a difference in the long run.
