Riso Mini Journal

Join us for a creative workshop called Riso Mini Journals, instructed by Mylan Nguyen. Students will choose from a variety of risograph printed page elements ( for example a to read list, drawing/writing prompts, or a gratitude list ) in order to assemble their own customized mini journals. Students can use stamps and washi tape to decorate and also create personalized organizing and tracking pages. These journals can be used to keep track of goals or just to doodle or write in for fun. Risograph printing is a technique best described as digital screen printing. We will go over this process and look at various examples in class. 

Materials that will be provided will include: 

Riso Pages, Paper cutter, Staplers, washi tape, stamps, various drawing materials (markers, colored pencils, gel pens)
