Seniors can meet up with others their age and learn healthy movement exercises and yoga with an instructor.

This workshop with Iv Amenti provides a unique series for Seniors that blends yoga and dance for increased strength, flexibility, range of motion, mobility gait and balance.  Exercises are performed in seated chairs as a warm-up, then transition into gentle and invigorating movement while standing.  

Este taller con Iv Amenti ofrece una serie Ășnica para personas mayores que combina yoga y baile para aumentar la fuerza, la flexibilidad, la amplitud de movimiento, la movilidad y el equilibrio. Los ejercicios se realizan en sillas sentadas como calentamiento y luego pasan a movimientos suaves y vigorizantes estando de pie.
