Event Details
Is there a story you want to tell? The Dallas Public Library, in partnership with The Dallas Morning News and with funding from the Knight Foundation, is seeking creative and inquisitive high school students to participate in a student journalism program, Storytellers Without Borders.
If selected to participate, you will be introduced to basic journalism and research skills necessary to write and share stories about the Dallas community that you think are important. This is an opportunity to work closely with mentors, such as professional journalists, librarians and city leaders, to develop and write stories, and take photos. The final news stories will be published on swbdallas.org.
