Program Description

Event Details

Moving your body is one of the best ways to de-stress and rejuvenate your spirit. We invite you to join us for beginner level yoga. Unwind and reconnect with your inner-self with local Yoga Instructor Tejal Shukla.

A limited number of Yoga mats will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
It is recommended that participants bring their own Yoga mat. 

 

2:30-3:00 PM- Warmup, Stretching, Mingling
3:00-4:00- Instructor begins workshop
