Chronic Disease Self- Management Program is a six week workshop trained by leaders and professionals. The program was developed orginally by researchers at Stanford University, and now overseen by the Self-Managment Resource Center.

Bilingual Short Stories and Spanish Grammar Review

We will meet every Thursday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm

We will read short stories in Spanish (with English translation) and cover different topics of Spanish grammar.
