What are pixels? Using graph paper, kids will plan a design which will then be turned into a piece of art using perler beads.

Come see -- and touch! -- the chase vehicles used by Texas Storm Chasers! You'll get to climb inside the vehicle, see all the equipment and technology storm chasers use to track severe weather, and ask questions of a real life storm chaser.

We have invited the Perot Museum of Nature and Science to bring their Tech Truck to the library for our kids to engage in hands-on STEM activities after school.

This program is free and open to all school-age kids.

Pleasant Grove Library is proud to host artist Frida Lozano as she teaches the community how to make masks from different Latinx cultures to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

Tainos, indigenous to Caribbean Islands such as Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, were known as a peaceful people who were also expert farmers and hunters.

Stop by for a fun and relaxing night that the whole family will enjoy. Families will get to participate in coloring, journaling and a Lego makerspace as tools to help with ins and outs of day-to-day living. 

 The Solar Eclipse is just around the corner, and so is our love for everything Space! Let’s create constellation projection cards by picking out your favorite constellation and projecting it onto any surface using light!
