The first Dallas Poet Laureate, Joaquín Zihuatanejo, will hold office hours for aspiring poets in the city of Dallas! These sessions are designed to help Dallas poets work on individual poems and to eventually create a poetry manuscript.

Halloween is a spooky fun time to eat candy and play games. But the best part is making your own decorations! For this fun after-school craft make your own creepy crawly wreath to take home!
All materials will be supplied!
Calling all young arachnid enthusiasts! Join us at the library for a spooktacular kids' program where you can create your very own Creepy-Crawly Spider Headbands.
For our last craft for October, we will create spooky trees painted with straws!
Remember that caregivers are required to stay with their child(ren) throughout the program.
