The YMCA is bringing a Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program to the library. The YMCA designed this program to help adults with hypertension and to lower and manage their blood pressure.

Experiencing snow in Texas is not a guarantee, so let's make our own! We will learn all about real snow before creating fake snow with baking soda and shaving cream. Each attendee will take home the snow they create.
