The YMCA is bringing a Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program to the library. The YMCA designed this program to help adults with hypertension and to lower and manage their blood pressure.

On Wednesday afternoons, the auditorium is available as an Adults Only quiet space. Bring your laptop or favorite book and enjoy the silence.
