Attention young trainers! Join us on April 18th from 1PM to 3PM on the 2nd floor in the Kahn Pavilion for the Central Library Pokémon Club. This event is open to kids, teens and their families.

In the spirit of Earth Day, we invite families to take part in an earth-loving craft. We will have materials to paint your own terracotta plant pots, kick-starting some green thumbs.

Come paint a portrait with a twist! Can be of a stranger or a friend! It might look amazing… or absolutely wild, either way, it’ll be fun!

Bridging Opera and classic children's literature, the Dallas Opera will bring out its traveling "Opera Truck" for a special mini-operatic performance of "The Three Little Pigs"!

Dallas Public Library is partnering with Empowering Through The Arts to bring tie-dye to the Lancaster Kiest branch.  Make sure you visit the Lancaster Kiest branch to tie-dye your own t-shirt and create your own unique colorful pattern!

If you're interested in botany, then this program is for you! Come learn about experimental plant trials performed at the Dallas Arboretum, make an environmentally friendly bird feeder, and learn how to press flowers!

As part of our Family Fun Saturdays program we do something fun for the whole family one Saturday every month!

PADDINGTON IN PERU follows Paddington and the Brown family as they visit Aunt Lucy in Peru.

Crafters unite! Join us at the Lakewood Library to make perler bead creations. Each month we will be making a different themed masterpiece. All skill-levels are welcome.

Get together and meet with other homeschool families! This event will give you and your children time and space to compare curricula, get advice, and make some new friends!

¡Feliz Día del niño! Ever year on April 30th, Mexico celebrates El Dia del Nino, or Children's Day, a heartfelt celebration of the youngest members of our society.

May the 4th be with you!  Celebrate Star Wars Day by watching Star Wars The Phantom Menace!  Attendants will also be given the option to create their own Darth Vader Puppet!
