Families of children from birth to preschool are invited to Toddler Prom!

Come dressed in your favorite outfit, hear a story, sing songs, dance, play and learn!

Explore healthy breathing and concentration exercises to energize your body and mind through Chair Yoga. Tailored for older adults, these classes are open to anyone who wants to experience transformation with a little more support!

Introducing our new multimedia and 3-D Printing lab! Come and work on projects, take advantage of one of our study rooms, or indulge in an open space to trade ideas!

Free after-school meals for children up to 18 years old are available Monday-Friday from 3:30 – 4:30 pm. Meals must be consumed in the room in which they are served.

Get those Friday jitters out with this Zumba class, especially for kids! Bring water and a towel because we're about to sweat!

Theater Club Needs You!

The Youth Discovery Center is looking for young actors of all experience levels to join the Theater Club.

The Groove Guild is a new music club presented by Dallas Public Library, where we discuss and listen to music from our catalog. 

Step into the world of American storytelling with an afternoon devoted to myths, legends, and folklore created across the country. 

Love manga? Join other fans to read, discuss, and geek out over your favorite series! Each month we’ll explore a new title—from classic shōnen adventures to heartwarming slice-of-life stories. 

This is a hybrid event.  Register below to attend virtually via Zoom. Registration not required to attend in person.

A re-visiting of our first Benchy class of the year. we’ll be learning how to create the 3-D printed boat “Benchy”, shorthand for how it’s a benchmark of how level your printer should be and how evenly the filament prints!
