Explore healthy breathing and concentration exercises to energize your body and mind through Chair Yoga. Tailored for older adults, these classes are open to anyone who wants to experience transformation with a little more support!

Little scientists (preschoolers ages 3 - 5 and school aged K-1) will explore Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math concepts through stories and hands-on projects.
