Explore healthy breathing and concentration exercises to energize your body and mind through Chair Yoga. Tailored for older adults, these classes are open to anyone who wants to experience transformation with a little more support!

The week is over, let's get the wiggles out as we gear up for the weekend! Grab the kiddos and get in a little movement, a little yoga, and a little Zumba - all kid friendly.

Looking to play Mahjong in a relaxed, friendly environment? We're a club that meets Tuesdays and Fridays to socialize and play games of a beginner-friendly Chinese version of mahjong with optional scoring.
