Being a kid is hard. And when you're a kid having some big feelings it can be difficult to know what to do with them. 
Join us for this week's Afterschool activity and make your very own glitter calming jars- popular in many teacher's classroom. 

When your feelings are too big for your body, simply shake shake shake the jar, and take a moment to focus the glitter as it slowly sink to the bottom.
