Event Details

CitySquare Health Navigators will be at the Vickery Park Branch on Tuesdays and Thursdays to offer free same-day application assistance or at a later date with a scheduled appointment. If you would like to complete an application on site, a private space will be provided.

Free assistance is available for:

  • Health Insurance Marketplace
  • Medicaid
  • Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
