Try Meditative Coloring to Help Ease Stress and Anxiety

Coloring is shown to activate different areas of our two cerebral hemispheres; incorporating both logic and creativity. Sitting quietly we keep our hands busy and slip into a more creative and relaxed state.
We will have coloring pages, color pencils and markers, some soft music playing, and some essential oils to let you slip into that relaxing and meditative state as you color. 

Every Thursday, come let that stress or anxiety you're carrying melt away!
