This Computer Basics class will focus on security! We'll be reviewing how to spot phishing scams and how the onset of AI imagery has to make us more alert when dealing with our information. Moreso, we will be going over passwords, how to authenticate your account with and without a phone, and what makes for a good password! 

 

 

Designed for beginners, this informative course provides a welcoming environment for individuals eager to navigate the digital landscape. Practice time will be included at the end of every class.

Classes will be held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month on the 6th floor of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library.
