Under the instruction of Aubrey James (RYT), join the Dallasite Yogis every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Learn simple but powerful meditation tools to improve energy levels, heighten your ability to focus and maintain an inner calm. All levels welcome. Adults only. Bring a yoga mat and wear flexible clothing.
