Program Description
Event Details
Participants will take a virtual beachwalk from the touch tank area of the Alaska SeaLife Center. We will interact with and discuss the tide pool creatures who live in these tanks, while learning about the physical adaptations that allow them to live in varying tide zones. Featured creatures are: sea anemones, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, sea stars, hermit crabs, and octopus.
This program is geared for grades 4 and below but all are welcome. All our live interactive video conference presentations are sponsored by Atmos Energy.
