Learn how Dallas's water goes from reservoirs to the home or business tap, highlighting sources, treatment processes, and how the City of Dallas maintains strict quality standards. We will also explain our ongoing programs, such as the Partnership for Safe Drinking Water and the Texas Optimization Program

Jimmy Johnson, our water expert, is an accomplished Water Utility Manager for the City of Dallas with over 28 years of progressive experience spanning water treatment operations, plant maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
