Tired? Stressed? Anxious? We're here for you!

Reclaim your inner peace and recharge your inner joy as you practice yoga with Jarrett Chatman and meditation with Sahaja Yoga. All levels of experience are welcome.

Online

Register 30 minutes before the start of the event to receive the Zoom link to join. You only need to register once for the entire series (January – March).

In-Person

Join us in the Stone Room, 7th Floor of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library. Bring your mat or use one of ours!
