Event Details

Get ready for an exciting adventure with the Healthy Hero Adventures program from the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service! Designed to make learning about nutrition and staying active a blast, this program introduces kids to a team of lively cartoon characters who are here to guide them on a journey to healthier living.

With characters like Active Adam, Captain Carrot, and Safety Sam leading the way, children will embark on five action-packed sessions filled with fun activities and interactive lessons. From discovering the importance of daily physical activity with Active Adam to learning about the superpowers of colorful vegetables with Captain Carrot, each session is packed with excitement and valuable knowledge.

But the fun doesn't stop there! Participants will also get to enjoy recipe demonstrations, and take-home goodies, and even earn graduation certificates as they complete each session. So join us on this epic adventure as we explore the world of nutrition, food safety, and physical activity in the most entertaining way possible!
