Savor the flavors and stir up some culture! In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, this hands-on cooking program will guide participants through the creation of four traditional dishes, each rich in history and taste. Discover new recipes, cooking techniques, and the stories behind beloved Latin American cuisines—all while cooking up a delicious good time!

Week 3: Honduras – Baleadas

Soft flour tortillas folded and filled with creamy refried beans, crumbled cheese, and Honduran-style sour cream (mantequilla). A simple yet satisfying street food staple.
