Learn different styles of dance, get in shape and have fun! These calorie burning, body energizing programs fuse dance rhythms with easy to follow fitness moves. Students gain muscle tone, strength, flexibility and confidence, all while learning dynamic dances. Each teacher brings different dance variations to the floor; however, the benefits are the sameā¦.move, groove and stay healthy!

- Explore and practice various dance moves
- Distinguish between rhythm and tempo in musical movements
- Evaluate musical styles of different cultures
