🧘Explore and practice meditation skills.🧘
We will have a meditation session for those interested in learning to relax, breathe, and focus. All are welcome! This program happens on the last Saturday of the month. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion, or other items to help them relax.
