Get computer, tech and career help at the library! During a one-on-one appointment, a staff member can assist you with: 

  • Setting up a device, such as a phone or tablet (bring your own device) 

  • Ebook & database assistance - help with using Libby, Hoopla and other library databases 

  • Email and Internet for Beginners 

  • Help creating or updating a resume

  • Job application assistance

Appointments are one hour long and must be booked in advance. Same day appointments are not available. To book an appointment, call us at 214-670-1335 or stop by the reference desk.
