Afterschool STEAM: DIY Kaleidoscope

We will make our own kaleidoscopes using a cardboard tube, mirrored sheets, a bendy straw, cardstock paper, markers and tape. A kaleidoscope is an optical instrument that uses two or more reflective surfaces and colorful objects to make a symmetrical pattern due to the repeated reflection. Each attendee will take home their creation.
