STEM fun is coming to the Skillman Southwestern Branch every third Wednesday of the Month! This program is intended for school-age children to learn about science, technology, engineering, and math in fun and interactive ways!
Today we will be talking about extreme weather and the creation of tornados. Explore how and why the vortex is made with this easy and fun experiment by making your own mini tornado!
The program is brought to you by the generous funding from the Friends of the Dallas Public Library and is part of a partnership with Climate, Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (CREW).
