Learn to move with effortless grace from the inside out as you soften you muscles, lubricate your joints, and increase your center of balance. Tai Chi is a martial art of dynamic relaxation and full body awareness. Tai Chi literally means, "The Grand Ultimate" and is an art of receiving and redirecting energy mentally, physically and spiritually. In this series of classes, open to all levels, we will use movement, breathing and visualization exercises to relax the body, increase feeling awareness, and sharpen mental focus. Learn the basic principles of qi gong, the mother of all tai chi, and discover the power of effortless grace in games of leverage, balance, and concentration.
