Event Details

Our local city sanitation department wants to connect with us this Spring Break! It will be a great way to engage the kids in some fun and educational activities about sanitation, recycling, and keeping the environment clean. There will be time for them to read some books; which, will then open the floor for questions about sanitation services, recycling programs, and about ways to keep our neighborhood clean!

 

 

UPDATE!! Sanitation will NOT be here today, unfortunately. There will still be activities going on for it today hosted by library staff. Below is the itinerary:

10:30-10:45: Library staff will read a book about a garbage truck.

10:50-12:20: Wall-e will be playing in the auditorium.

Access to sanitation themed coloring sheets and activity sheets will be available all day long.
