Celebrate Older Americans Month with Dallas artist Kay Dalton, who will be leading a 2 week watercolor painting workshop series! In these workshops, participants will be able to learn numerous tips and tricks for using watercolors and they will be able to create their own watercolor land and seascape paintings.
