This chef led program teaches nutrition and healthy eating while engaging the participants' tastes and minds through the exploration of the culture and cuisine of different cultures.

The Free Digital Skills Training Program is an 8-week program focused on hands-on computer training, basic digital skills, resume building, and job coaching. The program also teaches practicing online safety and protecting personal information.
