Join the Dallas Public Library and others this year for the Dallas Holiday Parade on Commerce. We'll be giving out books & seeds from our book bike.

This program offers an opportunity for participants to develop assimilations of traditional works of Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, and Senegal, West Africa.

In this workshop the participants will learn how to paint Our Virgen de Guadalupe on a 16x20 canvas. Artist, Eva Azul, will guide participants step by step to create their unique Artwork on a pre-drawn canvas. Registration is required.

Make an origami Dreidel to celebrate Hanukkah!  A dreidel is a spinning top toy that is played during the Hanukkah season. Each side of the dreidel has a different Hebrew letter written on the face.

National Gingerbread House Day is on December 12. Help us decorate the library by joining us for an afternoon of decorating gingerbread libraries to be displayed in the library.
