Learn the basics of the sewing machine like how to wind and insert bobbins, thread the machine, and sew basic stitches.

Trained AARP VOLUNTEER tax filers will be on-site to help maximize your returns and check your eligibility for Earned Income Tax Credits.

Remember to bring all of your important tax documents including any W-2s.

The Groove Guild is a new music club presented by Dallas Public Library, where we discuss and listen to music from our catalog. 

Families are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day together with an afternoon of karaoke fun at the library! Participants of all ages can take turns singing their favorite songs — from classic love tunes to family-friendly hits.

We invite you to an afternoon of crafting, let's journal with "junk", a variety of materials, textures, and objects that hold significant meaning to you. Theme being: Love. What makes you feel love? How do you love? Not just romantic love either.

It’s official  We have absolutely no idea how to play mahjong.

Hands-on computer training, basic digital skills, resume building, and job coaching. The program also teaches practicing online safety and protecting personal information.
