Sam The Magic Man has been performing magic for over 10 years. His unique blend of magic and humor has made him one of the most sought-after magicians in the industry.

Playing at home is not the same as playing at the local library.  Come have a fun time with your family playing various games or even playing against another family, you never know what adventures may be found here in the library.

Teens are invited to come to the Youth Discovery Center and enjoy an afternoon movie. This month, the movie is The Hunger Games. 

Teens ages 13 - 18 are welcome. 

Brush up on creativity and sip on some fun! Kids can enjoy an afternoon of painting masterpieces while sipping on individually packaged apple juice cartons in this playful twist on 'Paint and Sip.'

Every month, we will be exploring different media and techniques to make art!

Welcome to the Afterschool Club! Designed for kids 6 through 11 (though littles are welcomed too). The third week of every month, it's time for Kid's Book Club!

Join us for Storybook Stretch! School age children will be guided through a series of stretch poses while enjoying a story to go along with them. Reading will be an exciting adventure with movement and imagination!

Make your own colorful paper banner in this fun craft celebrating Mexican tradition! We’ll use bright tissue paper to cut cool shapes and patterns—just like the ones seen at fiestas and Día de los Muertos.

Come discover the life of Agatha Christie, the most famous crime writer of all time. When Agatha was young, she read books every night but always had her own idea for how they should end!

Come have fun and get creative with some fun after-school crafts while getting to make new friends.

Celebrate the poetry of America's famous doctor-poet hybrid!  We will learn about how Williams wrote his famous poem "The Red Wheelbarrow" and do a poetry-themed activity. 

Calling all mad scientists and slime lovers! Join us for a squishy, stretchy, and totally fun SLIME-making adventure at the library. Mix, swirl, and customize your own colorful slime creation to take home.

For our first activity this Hispanic Heritage month, journey with us to the country of Mexico to learn about and create amate art. Amate art is a traditional folk art that uses brightly colored paper made from tree bark.
