Event Details

Aging Mastery is a 10 session workshop held once  a week. Classes are 90 minutes long. There are 10 different topics related to aging: Navigating Longer Lives, Exercise and You, Sleep, Healthy Eating and Hydration, Healthy Relationships, Medication Management, Community Engagement, Financial Fitness, Falls Prevention, and Advanced Planning. All participants get a toolkit. Come join in the fun and learn how to age masterfully!  Register online or at the branch with staff.
