Meet with representatives of the Statewide Expunction Project to learn about free advice and representation on criminal record clearing (expunction & nondisclosure) for qualifying individuals.

Clear Path Texas is dedicated to helping people clear eligible criminal records through expunctions and/or nondisclosures, helping to remove barriers to employment, housing, educational opportunities, and professional licensing.

Clear Path Texas: Statewide Expunction Project is a project of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and funded by the Texas Access to Justice Foundation.
