Stretch the fun and strike a pose—Yoga Club is the next stop in the club series! Kids will learn beginner-friendly yoga moves, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises designed to boost focus, flexibility, and relaxation. Whether flowing through poses or finding a moment of calm, it’s all about balance, movement, and having a zen-sational time!
Note: Yoga mats will not be provided! Please plan accordingly.
