With the summer sun in full swing, make this summer-themed sun catcher craft hosted by the Dallas Public Library. Learn about the difference between transparent, translucent and opaque that creates the sun catcher’s colorful look, then take your project home and hang it in a window to see the stained-glass effect in action!
